Prebuild and tuned libsmm for variour architectures and core types. 
The naming convention follows the ARCH and LIBCORE variables from OpenBlas (see their Makefile.conf and getarch.c)
Libraries are made with (or compatible with) gcc/gfortran.
If an optimized library is missing for your ARCH/LIBCORE, consider building and contributing one to the CP2K team.

Libraries are build from the sources libsmm sources that are part of the CP2K tree:
